Christy Pavlakovich and Nicole Kaylor Honored with the YWCA Tribute to Women of Excellence Award
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (April 18, 2018) – Centric Bank is proud to announce Christy Pavlakovich, Senior Vice President / Director of Human Resources, and Nicole Kaylor, Board Member, were selected by the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg for the 2018 Tribute to Women of Excellence award. The award recognizes the outstanding contributions honorees have made to the workplace and community in which they work and live.

Christy and Nicole were recognized at an awards dinner on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center.
Christy joined the Board of Trustees for the Cleve J. Frederickson Library in Camp Hill in the spring of 2017, where she currently serves as chair on the Personnel Committee. She has been a Director on the School Board for Capital Area School for the Arts Charter School (CASA) in Harrisburg since 2012, when the school acquired its charter. She also serves as a member of CASA’s Finance and Human Resources committees. For the United Way of the Capital Region, Christy has served as Panel Chair for over 24 years.
Nicole has been a member of the Junior League of Harrisburg since 2005, having served as president of the organization in 2011. She also is a board member of the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg, Friends Board and past-president of the Junior Board. She is a graduate of the Harrisburg MS Leadership Class in 2010.
